Auxillary Components

Fine International offers all of the necessary auxillary components typically encountered in a wire extrusion line.  The elements include water cooling systems, accumulators, and dancers.  Fine International offers our extensive frabricating and machining skills to accommodate customer special "custom" projects.
 
 

Water Cooling Systems
Extrusion line cooling systems consisting of adjustable height 10 cm width stainless steel trough in standard 6 meter length sections.  Troughs are available with covers and equipped with overflow drain boxes at entrance and exit.  Air wipes are supplied at the exit channel of the last trough section.  Water reservoirs are provided for closed loop systems where tempered water (chilled or heated) can be provided.  Water height levels are adjustable with threaded drain ports located at frequent intervals. 

Optional, water spray systems with covered troughs is offered for high efficiency cooling.
 

Accumulators/Dancers
Line accumulator systems are available for conductor input and product output applications in vertical and horizontal configurations.  The potentiometer trims the speed of payoff or takeup or can be integrated into the line logic for reel changeovers.  Custom design systems are available for any spacing/configuration requirement.
