	Control Panel

The main operator interface for all cable extrusion lines is housed in the control panel. Fine International offers control panels designed according to the application and customer's special requirements. Our standard control panel features the following elements.

RKD PID controller for temperature control. The temperature control tolerance is ± 1°C.

One ammeter, solid state relay and OFF-AUTO selecting switch for each temperature control zone.

YASKAWA's flux vector control, AC drive to control all extruders, capstans, payoff and take-up motors. Control accuracy is ±0.1%.

For extruders and line speed control:

            Motor drive START/STOP illuminated pushbutton.
            Motor drive ratio ten (10) turn speed potentiometer.
            Motor drive load ammeter.
            Screw rpm indicator.
            Digital melt temperature/melt pressure indicator.
            Line speed indicator.
            Diameter control.
            Capacitance control.
            Nitrogen flow rate control.

Optional Control Panel Features

Computer Management System - This system records and trends the following data:

                Actual temperature for all zones
             Line speed
             Line tension
             Diameter
             Capacitance
             Print feature for hard copy recording
             On line SRL data (structure return loss) display
