Fine offers a complete line of inductive preheaters for conductor heating applications.  The preheaters are sized precisely for the take in terms of heating member temperature, line speed and conductor bending characteristics.   Preheaters have manual and auto functions (heating loop current following line speed provides consistent conductor temperature over a range of line speeds).

Preheaters can be custom designed for special cable applications.  Model IP350-380-16 is a 350 Hz/16 kW unit with 380 mm sheaves that is designed to preheat braided core cable within a jacketing line operation.  The range of preheaters are shown below.
