Physical Foam Lines

Fine International's gas injection foam extrusion line is designed with the latest foam technology to achieve the most uniform mechanically and electrical coaxial dielectric.  Our technology employs a patented  designed 40:1 L/D screw provides exceptionally stable and homogeneous extrudate with exceptionally fine cell structure.  The high pressure gas injection system controls the gas flow rate by using our PreciseFlow gas control system.

Our lines are configured for the particular product range required for the application.  A minicoaxial line will be configured with 30 - 40 MM foam extruder, 400 mm dual wheel capstan and 400 mm dual wheet wet capstan.  A standard high speed drop CATV line will be configured with a 90 MM foam extruder.  An RF line will be configured with 120 mm foam extruder with gear pump, 1500 mm conductor capstan, linear caterpillar capstan and single portal takeup.  A more detailed view of a 90 mm RG type foam line configuration follows.
