Wire 2002 marked our second participation at the
Messe Dusseldorf Wire Trade Fair. Our 108 square meter booth located
in Hall 12, Stand A54 was packed with equipment and meeting work spaces.
Our staffing included founder and president Lee Wu, vice-president Bruce
Ceres, sales engineer Joe Delconte and Jenny and Silke - our interpretators
for the European marketplace.

Our booth housed a complete working 90 MM foam extrusion
line that was operated thoughout the exhibition producing RG-6 foam core
(4.57 mm OD, 1.02 mm conductor). The line comprised of 800 mm payoff,
800 mm Dual Wheel Capstan with closed loop tension control, 30 mm 24:1
precoat extruder, 90 mm 40:1 foam extruder with N2-400 system, water cooling
trough system, 1200 mm belt wrap capstan, dual 700 mm automatic takeup
and control panel. |
| We also introduced our fiber optic machinery line
including loose tube and tight buffer extrusion lines and UV coloring machine.
We exhibited our model UV-1500 coloring system capable of rewinding at
1500 m/min and coloring from 1200 - 1400 m/min. The machine has traversing
payoffs and takeups with dual arc type UV ovens. |
